Templates for CL-FTS with complex periodic fields (namespace Pscf::Pc).

Namespace Pscf::Cp contains class templates designed to be used only in namespace Pscf::Cpc and Pscf::Cpg, for complex Langevin field theoretic simulations (CL-FTS) that use complex-valued periodic fields. Specializations of class templates defined in Pscf::Cp are used as base classes for corresponding analogous classes of the same names that are defined in namespaces Pscf::Cpc and Pscf::Cpg, which are specialized to use CPU and GPU hardware, respectively.
