The CosineDihedral interaction implements a potential that depends linearly on the cosine $\cos(\phi)$ of a dihedral and $\phi$ . The energy is given by

$V(\phi) = \kappa [ 1 + \cos(\phi) ]$

Different values are defined for the parameters $\kappa$ .
